Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
- 2.Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all bolts, manuals, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.
- 3.Ship the Item
Attach the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at the designated carrier location; please note that return shipping costs may apply depending on the return reason.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the equipment for quality assurance, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
